PB Banana Vegan Smoothie

1 tbsp Chia Power chia seeds1 tbsp golden flax seeds1 tbsp peanut butter1/2 red delicious or gala apple1/2 small banana (frozen)1/2 cup frozen blueberries1 cup fresh spinach (rinsed)1.5 fresh romaine lettuce leaf (rinsed)A sprinkle of stevia (optional)
Add 1/2 cup of water, flax and chia seeds to Nutribullet or blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and blend for 30 seconds more. Add fruit and blend for another 30 seconds. Finally, add spinach and lettuce then blend for 1 minute. Pour into tall glass or to-go cup.
