2 TBSP: Butter3 medium cloves of garlic1/4 cup: all purpose white flour2 1/2 cups: fat free or 1% milk1/2 cup: fat free mozzarella cheese3/4 cup: fat free cheddar cheese1/4 cup: Parmesan cheese1 12oz. box of rotini,pinwheels or elbow noodles1 pinch of salt and pepper1 TBSP onion powder(for less spicy reduce onion powder)
mince garlic into medium sauce pan with butter, salt and pepper mix until butter is melted ad flour and onion powder mix and cook until it forms a ball then add milk continually stirring
until lumps are gone wile you are waiting for this to cook start the noodles (follow instructions on box) cook until bubbles start to form then add cheese. cook noodles to al dente then drain completely put in oven safe pan and mix together bake for 10 mins or until golden on top then serve immediately
