Caramel or Mocha Frappe

Ingredients
6 cubes of frozen coffee*1/2 cup 1% milk1 tsp sugar1 packet Splenda2 tsp. caramel or chocolate sundae syrup (save a little for topping if you want)1/4 cup lite Coolwhip for topping**
Directions
Add everything but the Coolwhip to a blender or Magic Bullet and blend until all the iced coffee is broken down. Top with Coolwhip.
