Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking powder3 tbsp oil1/2 cup warm water
Directions
whisk together dry ingredients. add the oil and mix until a grainy consistency.
add the water and knead until it forms a dough. let it rest for 20 minutes, covered.
divide in 8 equal parts and roll theim out on a floured surface. cook it in an nongreased frying pan on both sides until browned.
