Fat Free Pineapple Yam Bake

Ingredients
Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 5 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Pineapple, DelMonte 100% Juice, Crushed, 2 cupBUTTER BUDS Sprinkles Butter Flavor Granules, 3 tsp Coconut Palm Sugar Crystals, 1 tbsp (remove)Stevia in the Raw, 1 serving (remove)Egg beaters, egg substitute, 1/4 c = 1 egg , 2 serving ToppingEgg beaters, egg substitute, 1/4 c = 1 egg , 2 servingGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Peel. Add coconut sugar, and stevia, 1/2 c egg whites and Butter Buds. Add 15 oz can crushed pineapple, juice and all. Blend well. Whip remaining 1/2 cup egg whites and add 1 tsp sugar . Bake at 350 until golden. 15-20 minutes.
