Baked Pumpkin Spice Donuts

Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil3 large eggs1 1/2 cups granulated sugar1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée (canned pumpkin)1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, or 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon plus a heaping 1/4 teaspoon each ground nutmeg and ground ginger1 1/2 teaspoons salt1 1/2 teaspoons baking powderBeat everything except flour together until smooth.After it's smooth, add the flour.Add 1 3/4 cups + 2 tablespoons (8 ounces) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, stirring just until smooth.Bake in 350 oven for 15-18 minutes. Can shake in cinnamon sugar if desired.

Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
