potatoes 3 large (boiled and cooled)raw onion 1/2 cupshredded carrot 1/4 cupraw celery 1/2 stalkblue plate mayo 1/2 cup3 tbs sour creamtbs of cider vinegartbs of white sugaryellow mustard 1tspsalt and pepperone chopped egg
Directions
boil potatoes till soft , cool, chop
boil an egg to hard boiled and cool and chop
