Gluten-Free, Keto-Friendly Bread

- 1 Cup Coconut Flour, Sifted- 1 Cup Ground Flax Seed- 1 tsp Salt- 2 tsp Baking Soda- 10 Eggs- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour- 1/3 Cup Plain, Full-Fat Yogurt- 1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat Oven to 325 and grease bread pan.
Sift dry ingredients in medium bowl.
In large bowl, whisk eggs. Then add remaining wet ingredients (I found it best to melt coconut oil first to help keep it from solidifying before the dough is completely mixed.
Mix dry ingredients into rest of mixture.
Bake for about 1 hour and remove immediately from pan. Set loaf on a cooling rack and let cool before slicing.
