BLT, Chicken and Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:1/2 cup mayo1/3 cup water1T BBQ or chili sauce (calories for 5 T chili sauce)1 1/2 t white vinegar1 1/2 t freeze dried chives1/4 t garlic powder1/4 t pepper1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast10 oz pasta twists (Rotini)10 slices bacon3 cups lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces1 large tomato, coarsly chopped
Directions
Mix all dressing ingredients in a large salad bowl until blended

Put chicken in a large pot. Add justenough water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove with tongs or a slotted spoon to cutting board to cool.

Add enough water to poaching liquid to cook pasta. Bring to a boil and cook 9 minutes or unitl firm-tender. Drain well.

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Cut into small pieces. Add hot pasta to dressing in salad bowl and toss to coat. Cut chicken in bite-sized pieces and add to salad bowl along with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Toss gently to mix.
