Glazed Lemon Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cupsBaking Powder, 2 tsp*SugarLeaf, 24 tsp Egg white, fresh, 3 large Milk, 1%, .5 cup Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 4 tsp (recipe called for buttermilk - made mine with milk and lemon juice)*Lemon Juice from 1 lemon *Lemon zest ~ fresh lemon peel from 1 lemonGreek Yogurt-Fat Free, Plain, .25 cup Olive Oil, 4 1tsp 1 cup grated ZucchiniFor GlazePowdered Sugar, 1 cup, unsifted Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 2 TBMilk, 1%, 1 TB
Directions
Mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, then add oil, yogurt, lemon juice, milk, lemon zest and blend together. Fold in zucchini until mixed well. Add dry mixture to the wet and blend until well combined. Pour batter into greased 9x5 pan. (I used 2 smaller pans) Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min. Glaze while still warm.
