skinny "fried" rice

Ingredients
4 Servings of Brown Rice (minute maid)2 servings of egg whites12 ounces of chicken cooked and chopped1 Bag of Birds Eye Broccoli, Carrot and Water ChestnutsPam spray
Directions
-spray pan with pam and head on med high/high heat
-chop cooked chicken into small pieces and throw in pan
-after slightly browned, throw in a bag of steamed stir fry veggies. stir and then cover for 5 minutes
-continue to stir until veggies are cooked
-scramble egg whites (and then throw in pan)
-add in cooked brown rice and stir for a few minutes

top with teriyaki sauce
