Mom's Durdunder

Ingredients
1 cup Flour1 egg1 cup skim milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Then pour onto hot buttered (or cooking sprayed) griddle or frying pan like pancakes or scramble it, which I perfer.
Enjoy with your favorite syrup, honey, jam or jellies!
