Sheri's Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 egg2 tblsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp mustard powder.5 tsp garlic1 tsp salt (or to taste).5 tsp white pepper1.3 cups canola oil or other oil (Warning: EVOO makes a VERY strong tasting mayo)
Directions
Use a mini food processor or a small bowl with a whisk.
1. Beat the egg, vinegar, and spices then slowly drizzle in the oil until the mayonnaise is thick.

Serving Size: makes about 24 one tablespoon servings
