Katjya's Curried Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 ts olive oil1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 ts red curry paste (more to taste)1/4 ts turmeric1/4 ts chipotle powder1/4 cup coconut milk 1-3/4 cup cooked mashed pumpkin2 cups chicken or vegetable broth 1 TB honey1 TB maple syrup1 TB lime juice Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in soup pot. Saute onion until tender. Stir in red curry paste and spices, and saute 30 seconds. Add coconut milk and bring to a hard boil. Add remaining ingredients. Puree with hand-held blender. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
