2 16oz packages of 93% lean ground turkey2 eggs (beaten)1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce1 1/2 cups of seasoned croutons1 clove of garlic1 Red Pepper, finely chopped1 cup Onion, finely chopped1 Tbsp McCormick Grillmates Montreal Steak Seasoning1 cup Kraft Italian 5 Cheese Blend4 Tbsp Ketchup
Place the ground turkey in a large mixing bowl. Chop up onion and red peppers and add to the turkey. Beat the eggs in a separate dish and add to meat mixture. Place croutons in a small blender and chop until they are in small pieces, but not a fine powder, and add to meat mixture. Add the remaining ingredients, except ketchup, to the meat mixture and mix with your hands, making sure all the ingredients are mixed together well.
Press into an 8 x 8 baking dish and spread approximately 4 Tbsp of ketchup on top of meatloaf. Cook for approximately 1 hour on 350 degree heat.
