Daniel's Mostly Vegetable Fried Chicken Soup

Ingredients
3 Fried chicken breasts, bones removed3 fried chicken thighs, bones removed2 gallons of water1 large pack of frozen mixed vegetables 2.5 lbs1 bunch of celery, diced1 large onion, diced1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basil1 tsp seasoned salt1 tsp dried cilantro1 tsp ground black pepper2 tbsp chicken base
Directions
Add all ingredients to pot and bring to a boil, then simmer 20-30 minutes. Cool and serve. Keep leftovers refrigerated.

    This was a very easy and tasty recipe to make. The only reason that I am not giving 5 Stars, is the fact that I didn't like the chicken skin in my soup. The next time that I make this, and I will make it again, I will remove the chicken skin. - 11/8/17
