Brown Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Butter4 Cups Chicken Broth1 Cup Tomato Sauce2 Cups Uncooked Brown RiceSpices to Taste - Garlic, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Heat Butter in Pan
Add Rice
Brown
Add Chicken Broth, Tomato Sauce and Spices
Bring to Boil
Stir, turn down heat, and cover.
Simmer for 45 minutes until liquid is gone and rice is soft.
