Decadent Chocolate and Zucchini muffins

Ingredients
2 cups of almond meal2 cups of chopped zucchini1/2 cup of coconut oil1 cup of cocoa1/2 cup of xylitol1/2 cup of maple syrup - you could use all maple syrup or all xylitol up to you4 eggs1.5 tspns of baking soda
Directions
Chop zucchini and blitz with almond meal in processor until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and blitz till smooth.
Pour into medium sized cupcake papers or into a medium sized cake tin.
Cook on 160c for 30-40 minutes. Test with skewer that it comes out clean.
