Crockpot Vegan Chili

Directions
1 can each (drained):- Pinto beans- Kidney beans- Black beans- Hot chili or cannellini beans1 can sweet corn, drained1 can diced tomatoes, with juice1 can tomato paste4 cups vegetable broth2 cups chopped raw carrots2 cups chopped celery1 medium sweet onion, chopped1-2 bell peppers, choppedChili seasonings - I like to use a mix of:- Chili powder- Cayenne powder- Rubbed sage- Marjoram- Oregano- Garlic powder- Chipotle powder- Fresh cracked pepper- Salt as needed
1. Chop all vegetables as directed.
2. Pour all ingredients into your crockpot and mix thoroughly.
3. Cook on low for 10 hours to develop the best flavor
