Fish Coconut Curry

Ingredients
1 tomato1 red bell pepper3 stalks celery2 onions1 leek3 dried red chilis1 14 oz can spinach1 T fish sauce2 T chili sauce1 T oyster sauce1/4 c lime juice1 T garam masala1 T curry powder12 oz crab meat8 oz swai16 oz swordfish10 oz chicken broth2 13.5 oz cans of coconut milk
Directions
Simmer spices, lime juice, and vegetables over medium heat in a stock pot until soft. Blend and return to pot. Add fish and crab and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer until fish is cooked through. Then add coconut milk and chicken broth. Serve over rice or lentils.
