smoked oyster dip

Ingredients
8 oz. block of cream cheese1 can of smoked oysters or smoked mussels1 Tbs. lemon juice2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce*optional 1 tsp. sweet soy sauce
Directions
Take an 8 oz. block of cream cheese and let it soften at room temperature. (or microwave to soften it)
Open one can of smoked oysters or smoked mussels and empty into a bowl. Using fork, mash the oysters/mussels.
Add a 1Tbs. of lemon juice and 2 tsp. of worchestershire sauce and mix well.
Add the softened cream cheese, and mix well using a wooden spoon.
*Optional: 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce

Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours for flavors to develop.
serve with crackers or vegetables
