Southern Buttermilk Buscuits

Ingredients
Self-rising flour, shortening, buttermilk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Use extra Crisco on wrapper from Crisco sticks to grease a glass, rectangle pan.

Cut Crisco into flour using two butter knives or a pastry cutter. Once crumbly, mix in butter milk. Flour your hands, then scoop up handfuls of dough and drop into pan. Should make about 18.
