1 Campbell's 100% Tomato Juice - LOW SODIUM, 64 oz 1/2 Large White Onion 1 10 oz Can Diced tomatoes & Green Chilies Rotel1 Pkg Westpac Classic Mixed Vegetables 2 T Greek Salt Free Seasoning1 16 oz Pkg 93% Lean Ground Beef
Directions
Start by putting ground beef in bottom of a large crock pot. Add seasoning, chopped onions, rotel, mixed vegetables, and tomato juice. Cook on high setting for approximately 4 hours.
