Chicken avocado spinach salad with dijon vinaigrette

Ingredients
4 cups spinach, washed 1 cooked chicken breast, diced1/4-1/2 cup red onion, sliced thin1 avocado, dicedDressing:1/4 cup olive oil3 tsp dijon mustard1 tbsp white wine vinegardash of dried parsleydash of dried thymesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
For dressing, mix oil, mustard, vinegar and seasonings, stir, and dress.
