Forks over Knives- Creamy Basil Pasta Salad

Ingredients
12 oz whole grained penne pasta-cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse until cool.One 15 oz can artichoke hearts (oil free) drained and halved1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes-halved if large1/4 cup pine nuts-toasted, optional1 cup Forks over Knives- Mayonnaise1 1/2 cup finely chopped basil salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Combine everything except the salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and chill for 1 hour before serving
