Ingredients
Elbow Macaroni - 2 cups2% Cheddar Cheese Blocks 1 1/24 tbsp Butter3 Med eggstsp dry mustardtsp salttsp pepper8 oz Fat free sour cream1 cup fat free evaporated milk1 can of cheddar cheese soup
Directions
Boil 2 cups of elbow noodles(drain)
Shred the blocks of cheese place it & butter in crock pot tp begin to melt.
beat 3 eggs, mustard, salt, pepper
add it , sour cream, cheddar soup,milk & drained noodles to crock pot. Stir & leave to cook...Stir every once in awhile.
