Ingredients
1 cup dry quick oats4 Tbsp ground flax seed1 Tbsp ground cinnamon4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
mix all ingredients together and microwave in an 8 cup or larger glass mixing bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes, stir and microwave for another 3-4 minutes until thick and creamy.
