3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 Can Rotel Tomatoes1 Can Pinto Beans1 Can Black Beans1 Can Sweet Yellow Corn (drained)1 block of Lowfat Cream Cheese3 Cups of Water
Put all ingredients except cream cheese in crock pot. Cook all day. When you get home, shred chicken w/fork and place block of cream cheese on top Add water to achieve preferred consistency. Let this sit for 30 min and then stir till completely combined. Serve with chips or top w/cheese.
