Spicy Cabbage & Potato Curry with Tomato & Onion

Ingredients
2Tbsp olive oil1.5 tsp Cumin seeds.5 tsp chili powder1 tsp turmeric , ground2 dried red chiles (whole)1 seeded and minced jalapeno2 bay leaves1.5 Lb potatoes peeled, quartered ,sliced 1/4 thick.4 Tomatoes chopped.5 cabbage head small cored and sliced 1" salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet medium heat, add cumin cook until they pop 1-2 min. Add chili powder, turmeric, jalapeno, bay leaves and onion cook until onin is soft ,3-4 min. Stir in potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage salt and pepper cook covered until potatoes are done about 30 min. Serve as a dinner for 4 or a side for 6.
