1 head broccoli1 head cauliflower1/4 c olive oilthymesaltpepper10 whole garlic cloves
Cut up veggies and mix in pan. Leave garlic whole. drizzle with olive oil. season with salt, pepper and thyme.
bake at 425 for 20 min and toss. Cook 10 min more and toss again until desired tenderness (repeat).
