Chicken and Avocado pitas

Ingredients
Whole wheat pita bread rounds (uncut)olive oil spraytomato (chopped)rotissurie chicken1 avocadolemon juicegarlic powderpart-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions
Original recipe is for 4 people, but I'll be describing just one serving. Take the round pita and spray with olive oil spray. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 5 minutes (depending if you want it crispy or soft). Cut up the breast of chicken from the rotissurie, omitting the skim. Mash the avocado with lemon and salt, garlic powder, and hot sauce if you prefer. layer about 1/8 the avocado onto the pita. Next layer the chicken and tomatoes, followed with 1 oz cheese. Bake for 10 additional minutes. Hope you enjoy. I got this from a magazine and lowered it's fat content.
