fruit and green tomato salsa

Ingredients
3 plus 2 tablespoon olive oil1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp sambal oelek1 small spring onion1 large cored green tomato, cut into 1/3 in dice1 black plum, cut into 1/3 inch dice1/2 cup sweet cherries, quartered and pitted1/4 cup nicoise olives, chopped2 tbsp basil, finely chopped2 tbsp parsley finely chopped2 tbsp cilanto finely chopped2 lbs skirt steak, cut into 5 inch lengths
Directions
place 3 tbls of oil, red wine vinegar, samba olelek in a bowl and whisk together. Place other 2 tblsp of oil in fry pan, dice onion thinly and cook until tender, about 3 minutes, add to mixture in bowl. Chop and prep all other ingredients (less steak) and toss in dressing.

Grill steak to medium rare, rest 5-10 minutes, slice, cover with salsa and serve
