Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
5 slices 100% Stone-Milled Whole Wheat bread3 eggs1/4 cup milk1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Makes 5-1 slice servings

Preheat frying pan or skillet to medium-high.

Mix all ingredients except bread in 8"x8" baking pan with a wire whisk.

When pan is hot (a drop of water should sizzle) dip the bread into the mixture, flipping to coat on both sides and place in pan.

When browned, turn and brown the other side.

Serve with butter and real maple syrup.
