Apple Carrot Slaw

Ingredients
1 slightly tart apple1 carrot1 tsp apple jellysplash of lemon juicecrystallized ginger to taste
Directions
Julienne the apple and the carrot into matchstick sized shreds and combine. Add the apple jelly and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Grate the crystallized ginger into the mix and toss lightly.
