Ingredients
6 lb. Pork Butt roastSauce ingredients8 T. Yellow Mustard (1/2 c.)6 T. Splenda2 T. Sugar Twin brown sugar or Splenda brown sugar1 C. Cider Vinegar2 t. Chili powder1 t. Black Pepper1 t. White Pepper1/2 t. Soy Sauce2 T. Butter
Directions
One pork butt roast 6 + Pounds. Sprinkle all over with Cajun seasoning (Tony's brand). Slice onion and place slices on pork roast. Wrap in aluminum foil.
Cook at 350 for 5 to 6 hours
Strip with a fork into a bowl (this will just about fall apart) Remove as much fat as possible.

While the roast is baking combine the ingredients except for the soy sauce and butter in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in soy sauce and butter.
