Ceviche Salad

Ingredients
5 oz. albacore white tuna in water (drained)2 tbsp. minced red onion1 tbsp. minced celery1 tbsp. lime juice2 tsp. fresh chopped cilantro leaves1 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. sea salt
Directions

Combine ingredients together in a medium bowl. Taste and add more lime juice or salt as desired. Spoon mixture into a martini or margarita glass. Garnish with a slice of lime or sprig of cilantro.
