Ingredients
4 Cups oats (gluten free or regular)1 C shredded coconut1 C buckwheat groats1/3 C whole flax seed1/3 C whole millet grain1/3 C whole quinoa grain1/3 C brown sugar1/3 C coconut or canola oil1/3 C honey1 tsp vanilla
Directions
stir together dry ingredients and mix well

add in wet and mix until all dry is covered

divide evenly between two 9x13 pans and back at 285 F for 60-80 minutes - until golden brown - stirring every 20 minutes
lay out to cool on parchment or freezer paper - store in air tight container
