Allison's Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 egg1/4 tsp salt1 tbsp. brown spicy mustard6 oz. EXTRA LIGHT TASTING olive oil (A MUST!)2 oz. avocado oil1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions
Have to use hand blender! Add egg to a tall, narrow container (just big enough to get hand blender in and out). The egg can come right out of the frig. It does not have to be room temperature. Add salt, oils, and mustard. Pour oils into the container. Let egg settle to bottom. Use the hand blender to mix. Volia- you have delicious, healthy, non-processed mayonnaise. Enjoy!
