Teriyaki Stir fried rice

Ingredients
3 stalks of broccoli3 cloves of garlic chopped1 small onion1 red bell pepper1 green bell pepper4 TBS of Garlic Seasame sauce (60 calories per table spoon)
Directions
First brown onions in sesame oil, then add only 1 Tbs of soy sauce. add broccoli first once slightly softened then add pepper and slowly add in brown rice drizzling remaining soy sauce once rice is in. Get whole pan to sizzling then add sesame garlic sauce throughout pan and fold in.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup servings.
