GF Butterscotch Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Butter, salted, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cBisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix, 1 cup butterscotch chips, 0.25 cup
Directions
Blend egg and butter, mix in sugar.
Stir in GR Bisquick and chips.
Shape into 1 1/4 inch balls.
Bake at 375* until they begin to brown on the bottom.
