* Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded (remove) * Monterey Cheese, 1 cup (remove) * *Soy milk, Soy Milk, Natural, 1 serving (remove) * *Milk, 2%, 8 serving (remove) * Yellow Mustard, 12 tsp or 1 packet (remove) * Garlic powder, 6 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, red or cayenne, 6 tbsp (remove) * *Onion powder, 6 tbsp (remove) * Spinach, frozen, 4 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * Butter, salted, 1 cup (remove) * Turkey Ham, 2 package (8 oz) (remove) * *Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 32 oz (remove)
In a large pot, melt butter- add flour. Cook until it is a thin paste. Add milks. Add three cups of cheddar and one cup of Monterey cheese- stir until melted. Cook macaroni. Grease three large glass dishes with butter or use olive oil. Drain macaroni. Thaw spinach and cut the ham into small cubes. Mix spinach and ham with macaroni. Mix cheese sauce in with macaroni mixture and pour into glass pans. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Makes 28 1-cup servings.
