Reduced fat augratin potatoes

Ingredients
about 2 lbs potatoes sliced thin1 T Light Tub Margarine1 T flour1/2 cup diced onion2 cups skim milk1/4 cup parmesan cheese3/4 cup 2% cheddar cheesesalt and pepper to taste1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
Directions
Melt margarine in large pot, add onions and sauté until tender, add flour and stir. Add milk and seasonings stirring until it boils. Add the cheeses, stir, then add the potatoes. Transfer everything to a sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 375,
