Orange Fruit Dressing

Ingredients
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup Orange Juice, 1 cup dried orange peel, 1 Tbsp.Powdered Sugar, 1 Tbsp, unsifted Ginger, ground, 1 Tbsp (Or more to taste)
Directions
Whip all ingredients well until creamy. refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

I chop lettuce, then pile on the fruit and pour dressing over. OR, make a chicken salad with fruit, and use this dressing to mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups dressing
