Chocolate covered Bananas with Coconut and Cashews

Ingredients
1 cup semi sweet choc. chips2 1oz. sq. unsweetened choc.1 TB heavy cream3 large bananas cut in half1 cup cashew nuts chopped small3 TB. unsweetened dried coconut
Directions
heat the chocolate chips and baking chocolate over low heat until melted, add cream and stir well. Place popsicle sticks into banana halves. Using a spatula spread chocolate over bananas then roll in cashew nut coconut mixture. Freeze until solid. Not too low calorie, but healthy. Makes 6 servings
