Microwaved Spicy Rice

1/2 cup Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice1 cup Swanson Chicken Broth(99% Fat-Free) or 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes and 1 cup of water1 Tbsp of Red Crushed Peppers1 Tbsp Mrs.Dash (Optional)2 Tbsp Picante Sauce
1. 1 to 2 hours before cooking, get a medium sized bowl and mix the rice and broth (or water with bouillon cubes). Let is absorb the water/broth for a while.
2. 1 hour later, add the crushed red peppers and Mrs.Dash.
3. Put in the microwave and cook on 50% power for 8 minutes.
4. After the first 8 minutes, take the bowl out of the microwave, stir, and microwave for another 7 minutes at high power.
5. Take out the rice, serve on two plates and top with picante sauce if you're really brave!
6. Enjoy.... Oh, and maybe have some water nearby because this dish is HOT!
