Simple Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
1c. Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free self rising Flour mix1 stick of melted salted Butter1c. Lakanto1c. 365 Almond Milk Original Unsweetened1 tsp. vanilla extract2 cans of Peaches packed in water (completely drain 1 can)
Directions
Blend Flour, melted butter, Lakanto or Swerve, and Almond milk in a mixing bowl.

In a baking pan of any type, pour in your peaches.

Pour the batter on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 F, until the batter has risen and browned.
