Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 8 largeMilk, 1%, .25 cupPepper, black, 1 dashSalt, .25 tsp*Chopped Green Onions, 0.25 cup*Ground Italian sausage, 8 ozMozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shreddedMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices*Ore-Ida Potatoe Obrien with onion and peppers, 1 cup
Mix Eggs, Milk Salt, pepper. Mix in Cheese and green onion.
Pre Heat over to 400. Grease pie pan. Cook potatoes for 10 mins. Cover with layer of cooked italian sausage. Pour egg mixture ove top. Bake for 25-30 mins.
Top with Salsa and serve.
