12 oz grilled boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breast3 c bow tie pasta, prepared as pkg directs24 oz jar Pumpkin Chipolate pasta sauce4 c sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, red)1/2 chopped yellow onion
Put water on to boil and make pasta as pkg directs. Grill chicken until done. Sautee peppers and onions in non stick pan with cooking spray until crisp tender. Add pasta sauce, chicken and heat through. Pour sauce over pasta.Mix and serve.
