Biscuit gravy

Ingredients
1/2 cup bacon grease1/2 cup flour1.5 cups 2% milk, warmed1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Heat bacon grease until melted in a skillet or small pan. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Slowly add warm milk, continuing to whisk. Add salt and pepper. Whisk over med. heat until thick.
