Chicken Leg, 6 leg, bone and skin removedMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cupGarlic, 2 cloves, minced*Frank's Red Hot, 2 tsp*Central Market Whole Grain Mustard, 2 tspLemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tsp*4C Bread Crumbs Seasoned, Salt Free, 0.33 cup
Wisk all ingredients, except chicken and bread crumbs, together. Cover chicken with mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or up till overnight. Remove chicken and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place chicken on a rack positioned on a baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray like Pam. Bake at 400 until juices run clear and outside is crispy.
